Audra Perras is a Registered Massage Therapist who helps active individuals and athletes build confidence in their movement and recovery, with the goal of returning to sport, training, and daily life. With a strong foundation in movement mechanics, her therapeutic approach is well suited for individuals experiencing postural dysfunction, recurring injuries, chronic pain, training-related aches, or movement limitations.

Movement and physical activity have always been a central part of Audra’s life. Through her own experiences with injury and rehabilitation, she developed a deep appreciation for care that prioritizes education, collaboration, and active involvement in the recovery process—values that continue to shape her clinical approach. Audra focuses on understanding why symptoms are showing up and works collaboratively with clients to develop clear, actionable plans that aim to address the root cause. Clients can expect an education-focused, collaborative experience, leaving with a better understanding of their body and practical exercises they can use between visits to maintain progress and reduce the risk of setbacks.

Each session includes a thorough assessment, targeted hands-on treatment, and movement-based strategies to support recovery both in and out of the treatment room. Her treatment style integrates myofascial therapy, neuromuscular techniques, deep tissue massage, and movement-based approaches to address how tissues function and interact throughout the body.

Audra holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology from Queen’s University and an Honours Diploma in Massage Therapy. She is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure her care remains evidence-informed, intentional, and results-driven.

Ultimately, Audra’s goal is to help clients take control of their health—moving with purpose, recovering with intention, and learning with confidence.
